  • After submitting your inquiry, an Auto Hangar representative will contact you promptly with any questions we have about your event so that we can tailor-make your proposal.

    1. The contract provided by the Auto Hangar representative is to be signed.

    2. Deposits are sent to secure the date & time of your event.

    3. Proof of Certificate of insurance with Auto Hangar LLC listed on it with date and duration of event, emailed to us.

    4. Depending on the scale, attendees, and activities involved in the event, applicable permits may be required.

    5. Depending on the amount of guests attending and activities, security/police may be required.

  • We accept ACH, Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Cash & Certified money orders.

  • 2 weeks in advance so we can modify The Hangar to properly be tailored for your event.
